Enjoy and ponder upon this lovely quote from the 1976 film, “The Network”…
Alright so I’m gonna feature my first conspiracy-minded post. Like I said in my introduction, I will be posting anything and everything because everything is connected. I apologize if I offend anybody, but do not take it personally. I am simply doing my part, I feel like knowledge is power and we need it more than ever to ever overcome the world’s struggles.
First and formost we must remember that: Money is the root of all politics is the root of all evil.
You can ignore reality but you can’t ignore the consequences of ignoring reality.
Henry Ford once said: “It is well enough that people of the nation do not understand our banking and monetary system, for if they did, I believe there would be a revolution before tomorrow morning.” Continue reading
It’s funny how everybody considers honesty a virtue, yet no one wants to hear the truth…
“Did you know there’s a lot of money to be made from keeping you paranoid, suspicious, worried, frightened all wound up and tense inside ’cause big business runs the government and it’s not good business if we burn down the government so they keep us occupied with moron TV shows and shitty beer that wipes out brain cells and whining about congress and stupid fucking income taxes and if that’s not enough to keep your mind off of the way you’re getting dicked around they fill you with fear and hate give you someone to blame for all your problems why’s the country going down the fucking toilet do you know what they think of you, do you know how contemptuous they are of you do you know how easy you are to fool you’re like a dog going after a ball that was never thrown, well guess what you’re not on your own.”
The world needs you… step out of your mental prison and fly!
Potpocalypse is back in full action here in California… On Monday, May 12th, in a unanimous decision, the California Supreme Court ruled that cities and counties can prohibit medical marijuana dispensaries. This was initially enacted back in 2008 but has not been enforced until now. Why the long wait to crack down? We all know the federal government has been lighting a fire under state legislation regarding this issue for a while now but now it seems like they can no longer tolerate it. Seems fishy doesn’t it? Although the mandate clearly states that local cities and counties can make the decision on whether to ban dispensaries or not; it is safe to assume that it the language is there just to look legit. In reality, I wouldn’t be surprised that the feds are pulling all the strings behind closed doors because right now, potpocalypse is at it’s peak, with dispensaries getting shut down left and right from Los Angeles to San Francisco to Riverside.
So what exactly is next for California? One would think that the possibility of a new law on the state level, either through the legislative process or the ballot process, could change things around; California could follow the lead of other states and legalize the recreational use of marijuana. But until then, looks like the Cali 420 culture will suffer some reputation damage…
